1. Sales Consultant
We are looking for someone with solid character, a friendly personality and one that is ambitious with a desire for a long term career with the same company. Auto sales experience is desired but not required. We are a family run operation and truly appreciate our employees. You'll love our close knit environment and our excellent customer service. If you have talent, there is room to grow, as most of our managers are near retirement age.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Experienced Automotive Car Sales

Good phone techniques along with email skills to follow up with clients in a timely fashion, using CRM

Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.

Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs

Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications

Maintain communication with prospects through the sales process using CRM
-
Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

Have extensive knowledge of the dealerships products and services- training is provided
QUALIFICATIONS

High School/GED required; post secondary education or coursework desired

Verifiable sales performance (any industry)

Negotiation expertise

Demonstrated ability to close sales

Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision

Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team environment

Strong communication, presentation and writing skills

An impressive work-ethic

Neat, clean, and professional appearance
